We invite investors to cooperate

Dear Sir/Madam Our company has been working in terms of importing and exporting a wide rage of products, especially from Russia to Iran and vice versa. We have also conducted some modernization projects in industrial centers such as power stations, refineries, petrochemicals, etc. With the recent negotiations we have had with the headquarters of the Ministry of Agriculture and Iran Fisheries Organization, they proposed an aquaculture cage fish farming project that will be well supported in terms of issuing the necessary permissions and allocating the required locations along the costal regions by the aforementioned organizations. The project needs to be financed by foreign companies, especially frm Russia. Therefore, we have acquired all the necessary pre-requisites and conducted field research for a period of one year on the potentiality and feasibility of this project. A more extensive and detailed plan is also prepared, which will be provided to you in case of conclusion of the cooperation agreements. It is worth mentioning that due to the present political situation of Iran, the only county which has had strong ties with our country is Russia. There is a direct support from the government of Iran in terms of attracting finance from Russia for the purpose of construction and modernization in marine, energy, power generation, oil, gas, etc. industries. With the diplomatic ties in between the two countries, it is now the best opportunity to invest in the Persian market. While several European companies (esp. Norway) have declared their readiness to invest in Iran, they have not yet been able to enter the market and the opportunity in provided to Russian companies. We hereby propose an aquaculture cage fish farming project discussed above to you and ensure that it will be significantly profitable for both of us and promises outstanding achievement and prosperity in the near Future. If you are interested, we will sent you our detailed proposal with the plan to work and finalize the project. We also offer the opportunity for you to pay a visit and meet the officials in the ministry and organization mentioned above in order to make sure of the good prospect of this business.
