Investor-partner for hotel in Seychelles

I'm looking for an investor- partner to purchase a hotel in the Seychelles. Excellent climatic zone. The absence of any natural disasters there, as well as the stable political situation, make the country very, very attractive for rest and health of tourists. I live there permanently. I know the country from the inside. I have a higher economic education. Purchase of the hotel, all organizational issues related to possible re-building, recruiting, attracting clients and other take on me. More we can discuss with personal contact.
