1 summary 1.1 purpose this business plan was developed to obtain start-up capital for the company. It also serves as an operational out-line and plan for the first years. The founding entrepreneur intend to raise a startup capital of 60000$. 1.2 The Business Model Global consulting an import export consulting & marketing services mission is to identify best supplier companies (Local and foreign) for various products which has highest demand rates in world market and provide marketing services for products and find clients for large orporations(manufacturers , suppliers). We will work closely with local and foreign government and non government organizations, associations and companies .In local market we plan to work with competitive product manufacturers which has demand in world market. Azpromo , Agroparks, Local associations and large capacity supplier companies for cotton, agricultural products, fruit & vegetable food products and etc. We will also have website where our customers can find products we intend to sale. Also I already have access to over 1000 brokers worldwide almost in each country to represent our products to local buyer companies .They will receive small commission from each sales they make and will not cost anything in advance 1.3 Target Market and Customers I already have agreement with several large corporations which has yearly exports value exceeding total Azerbaijan non oil & gas industry exports several times from Brazil, Ukraine, Malaysia, China, Chile, Russia Germany ,Canada and etc (Document can be presented) . Also I have buyer company enquiries for over 2000000$ at the moment from which our company income will be 1% from total sales amount .All documents, agreements ,Buyer requests(LOI,ICPO) is will be shown to investor. We will have access to all buyer and seller companies (over 35million companies in total)also all world government and non government organizations as well. Our analytics will identify best import-export opportunities. Also we are able to work with local companies by connecting them with best solutions for their import needs and reduce prices in Azerbaijan market as well as highly increase local exporter companies and Government export statistics in total for at least 5% per year . For example; We can help Local companies import Beef &lamb meat for less than 3$ (5,10AZN) price all tarrifs included from supplier to stores. Sugar icumsa 45 grade A from brazil only for 275$(468AZN) per mt(list is endless). Our company will be able to bring for majority of Local companies better supplier offers they are working at the moment .We will also be able to help local exporters ,organizations to enter world market and represent their interests in all worldwide tenders .(We will have access to all tenders and buyer enquiries and data worldwide )Our only limitation will be staff members amount. 1.4 Management Team. Our team members will be experts in their fields and have every day trainings In all necessary fields and will be universal in data analytics, import-export logistics & supply chain , customs, procurement, marketing, brokerage and etc. We consider staff knowledge and professionalism as priority. We will have experts from Logistics , customs and brokerage ,procurement ,marketing ,social media and internal relations manager. My main job as CEO will be to organize system where each member is professional and create highly communicative relations with customers, supplier partners ,establish relations with government & and government organizations .3 marketing specialists will work with over 1000 brokers, social media marketing. 1.5 Key Success Factors ; System we are trying to implement as much as I know has no analogues in world.(there are some companies with similar in some aspects but nothing like company as much as my searches shows)we will have access to potensial 35 million companies worldwide. We will analize all tariffs, country and international agreements, we will receive immediately in real time new opportunities in all countries worldwide for each product we work with. Also associations, government & non government organizations, international and local associations, chambers will help us to reach our target clients .within 5 years we plan to become top 100 profitable import-export company worldwide with smallest possible investment. After information is collected and most competitive suppliers identified we will create business relations with manufacturer, exporters worldwide & local .After we negotiate all partnership details, commissions we will receive detailed information about company ,products we are interested to work with and sign contract for representing our partners products .After we have collected all products we are interested to do marketing for we will create website and fulfill with detailed information for what we do and our services. Also we will create our company account with over 20 b2b website where over 15 million companies are represented .We will also apply for tenders we intend to win on behalf of our exporter partners. Our companies main target will be government priority directions such as increase total exports, bring investors to Azerbaijan by presenting them new opportunities in Azerbaijan such as industrial park opportunities and etc. Also we can help local importers to bring more cost efficient machinery, food products, raw materials for many industries which will reduce cost effective production which will result as cheaper products in market .We also plan to sign contracts with government and non government organization to bring investors in large scale.
